Bushiroad are back from holiday and it looks like we’re back to our regular schedule of previews. Currently they seem to have returned to the usual 2 per day, rather than the 3 per day we had at the end of last year. At the moment it looks like we’ll be continuing with the Little Busters! and Da Capo 10th Anniversary cards.

Yuiko is just a vanilla, so nothing to say.
Nostalgic feelings, Ricca

«魔法 Magic» / «生徒会 Student Council»
[CONT] All of your characters in front of this card gain Power +X. X is equal to that character’s Cost x 500.
[AUTO] [(1) Put 1 card from Hand to the Waiting Room] When this card is put from Hand to the Stage, you may pay the cost. If you do so, search your Deck for up to 1 «生徒会 Student Council» Character card, show it to your opponent and add it to Hand. After that, shuffle that Deck.
Today we have a new Ricca card with an unusual type of support. Instead of boosting a card’s power based on their Level, as you usually find with these sorts of cards, she instead boosts cards based on their Cost. This means that she’ll usually cap out at a +1000 boost, since it’s rare to find any cards with above 2 cost, (most of them seem to be in Fate for some reason) and as far as I’m aware this isn’t currently a stat you can manipulate on the Stage. During the earlier portions of the game she’ll only be giving out +500 boosts, or none at all, making her worse than the most basic Assist card. At higher Levels you’d be better off with Level support or even just a +1000 Assist card most of the time. The one advantage Ricca does offer though, is that she has no Cost, meaning you could conserve your Stock for other cards.
Fortunately though Ricca has another effect, which will aid «生徒会 Student Council» decks. The ability to search your deck for cards is always useful, since it allows you to find an answer to the current situation, and also thin your deck slightly. If you’ve forgotten how many Climaxes are in your Stock it can also help as a reminder of what’s left in your deck. Whilst her effect doesn’t give you any additional cards overall, you could use the discard to get rid of useless cards or Change targets.
